Sculpt & Shred - Gym 4 month Program (Phase 1 & 2)
A 16-week training experience designed to sculpt your body, define your shape, and boost your confidence — built specifically for the GYM.
You'll train 3–4 times a week with structured, progressive workouts that prioritise glutes, lower body, upper body tone, and full-body fat burn — using dumbbells and machines (no barbell required).

Sculpt & Shred - at Home 4 month Program (Phase 1 & 2)
No gym? No problem. This 8-week training program is designed for women who want to sculpt their body, boost their confidence, and stay consistent — all from home.
Phase 1 focuses on building a strong foundation.
Phase 2 takes your home workouts to the next stage — both with no equipment required.
You'll train 3 times per week (plus 1 optional cardio session) using bodyweight movements, resistance band work, and dynamic functional exercises. Every session is guided, structured, and progressive.

As part of my holistic coaching philosophy, I now offer the opportunity to connect with a professional emotional coach for those who feel they need deeper inner support along their journey.
I collaborate with Ana Daniela Nocerino — an experienced emotional coach with a holistic approach, different from conventional therapy.
She supports women through 1:1 online sessions using tools like emotional healing, mindset work, and astrological personality reading.
She works in **Italian, English, Spanish, and German**, and all NUDE FIT clients can book a **FREE discovery call** directly with her.
